This item is handfinished and some natural variation may occur from piece to piece.  Minor surface imperfections and surface ripples can occur with handmade products but these will not affect the functionallity of the warmer in any way.

Due to the bespoke nature of my products, I don't accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me.
